Gionee M7 Power with 5,000mAh battery, ‘FullView’ display to launch in India on November 2

Gionee launched the M7 Power in Thailand last month. At the time of launch, the company had hinted that the smartphone will soon be launched in other markets too. Now, reports all but confirm that the M7 Power will be launched in India on November 2.
According to 91mobiles, Gionee will soft launch the M7 Power in India. The report further mentions that the smartphone will be the first bezel-less device in the company's portfolio to launch in India. As far as the pricing is concerned, the Gionee M7 Power is priced at 9,990 Thai Baht (Rs 19,600 approximately), and is expected to be available in gold, black, and dark blue colors. However, we suggest you take this information with a pinch of salt as there is no official confirmation from Gionee yet.
Considering the smartphone has already been launched in Thailand, we already know all the specifications and features of the smartphone. To begin with, the smartphone will come with two USP's. The M7 Power follows the current trend of displays with 18:9 aspect ratio and second, the smartphone will come with a huge 5,000mAh battery with fast charging support, something Gionee is already known for. Gionee claims that the phone can last up to two days on a single charge.

In terms of specifications, the smartphone comes with 6-inch HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels) FullView display with 2.5D curved glass display and 18:9 aspect ratio. At the heart, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC paired with Adreno 505 GPU and 4GB RAM. It also comes with 64GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB with microSD card.
On the camera front, the phone features a 13-megapixel primary camera with an LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and PDAF. For selfies, it sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. On the connectivity front, the device comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio. On the software front, the smartphone runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with Amigo OS 5.0 on top.
